I like all of them but if I was forced to choose one, it would probably be Towson.

Nice calls!

Teams I would,nt go against this week:

Tulsa
Tennessee
Rice...........this is a gift at 14'
Central Michigan

One game for a total appears to be UNDER

Hawaii/Tulsa at 61
both teams scored together about 11 touchdowns all season.

No Laughers this week, but the weak contenders come up as follows:

UAB..comes up STRONG
West Virginia
Central Michigan
Missippi State.........I know the QB is out..but if he were playing I'd hit this game hard..I'm passing.
Midddle Tennessee State

Today's top story ... Tennessee to start Ainge
After coming off the bench for the first three games, true freshman QB Erik Ainge will get the start in tomorrow?s primetime showdown versus Auburn; Once again, both QB?s will see significant playing time, but, for tomorrow?s game, fellow true freshman Brent Schaeffer will yield the starting duties to Ainge

Big XII

Oklahoma State
True freshman QB Bobby Reid, who was medically cleared to practice last week, has begun throwing to receivers and participating in pre-practice drills; A decision regarding Reid?s playing status this season has not yet been made, and may not be for a few weeks; Fellow freshman Donovan Woods continues to lead the Pokes? offense

Big East

Syracuse
Junior starting outside LB Kellen Pruitt, who is still nursing a bruised knee suffered during the Buffalo game, has managed to play in the Orange?s past two games, but is questionable for Saturday?s game against Rutgers; If Pruitt is unable to go, sophomore Luke Cain will fill the starting role ?

C-USA

Houston
Junior starting RB Anthony Evans missed last week?s contest with Miami after injured his calf muscle during pre-game warm-ups, and he is once again doubtful to play in tomorrow?s game against Memphis ?

TCU
With junior starter Tye Gunn out for a while with a high ankle sprain, and with senior No. 1 option Brandon Hassell nursing a shoulder (non-throwing) injury, head coach Gary Patterson has given backup QB?s Kyle Kummer (junior) and Jeff Ballard (sophomore) plenty of snaps in practice this week; Patterson also indicated that he would take two other QBs to tomorrow?s game at Army, but, at this point, he is unsure of a starter

Mountain West

San Diego State
Junior CB Jacob Elimimian, who was suspended prior to the season due to academic problems, has been reinstated to the team and has resumed practicing with the team; Elimimian, however, won?t slide back into his starting role; He?ll be required to earn his playing time ?

Pac-10

Arizona State
With the investigation surrounding suspended starting RB Loren Wade, and with top backup Randy Hill out for the remainder of the year with torn knee ligaments, the Sun Devils have made some moves in the offensive backfield; Junior Hakim Hill will be the starter (despite a broken forearm), redshirt freshman Preston Jones will move into the No. 2 spot, and redshirt freshman WR/PR Rudy Burgess will move to RB and occupy the No. 3 spot

Southern California
Junior TE Dominique Byrd (a starter in 2003), who missed most of last season with a knee injury and broke his kneecap just before fall practice, has returned to the practice field and expects to play in the Trojans? next game, on Oct. 9, versus Cal ?

UCLA
With junior starting DT C.J. Niusulu suspended for tomorrow?s game versus San Diego State, senior Eyoseph Efseaff will get the start; Efseaff had previously started 25 consecutive games on the O-line before being shifted to the D-line during fall camp

SEC

Arkansas
The Hogs? are trying to maintain a steady rotation in the defensive backfield, as sophomore starting CB Michael Coe (ankle sprain) is expected to play in Saturday?s contest at Florida, but redshirt freshman starting CB Chris Houston (ankle) is questionable once again; If Houston can?t make it, freshman Matteral Richardson will be called upon ?

Mississippi State
Fifth-year senior WR Ray Ray Bivines, who has been out since last season with hamstring/nerve problems, will return to the field in tomorrow?s contest versus Vanderbilt; Bivines is not completely healthy, but hopes to provide the Bulldogs with an offensive boost

Some interesting statistical match-ups:

Wake @ NC.State
Wake brings the 16th best rushing offense to battle the 8the best defense against the run! Although the Pack's numbers may be a bit skewed since they have yet to play a good running team!

Kansas @ Neb
The Jayhawks will be coming into Lincoln with a rushing offense that ranks in the bottom 10% of the country to battle the Huskers whom are the best team in the country at stopping the run.

TCU @ Army
If you can get a total on this game then you had better back the over, these two teams are two of the worst defensive teams in the country. although TCU is good at stopping the run which is Army's strength they are also the worst team in the country at defending the pass. On the other hand, Army's defense is just plain bad, they rank 114th out of 117 teams at both stopping the run and the pass so they can be taken apart multiple ways.

Rutgers @ Cuse
Something has to give here as the Knights rank 115th out of 117 At stopping the pass but Cuse is one of the worst passing teams in the country coming in at 108th.

Purdue @ ND
Can the Irish stop Purdue through the air as they are in the bottom 20% at stopping the pass which seems odd since they have not played many teams that are very strong through the air except BYU. Purdue comes into South Bend with the 2nd ranked passing attack in the country.

ECU @ Louisville
The Cars could perhaps challenge their all-time record for yards gained on the ground in this game as the Pirates are the worst team in the country at stopping the run and the Cards are the 11th best rushing team.

BYU @ CSU
Wish I could find a prop play on the total amount of passes attempted in this game, as both these teams are terrible at rushing the ball, so there may be near 75 passes thrown.

CFU @ Buff
The Knights statistically overall may be the worst team on the country as they do nothing average on both sides of the ball. They rank in the bottom 10% of both rushing and passing and on defense they rank near the bottom at stopping the run which happens to be the only thing Buffalo does fairly well.

Ball State @ Toledo
Another excellent total play if you can get a line both teams have bad defenses especially Toledo which ranks in the bottom 5% in both stopping the run and pass.

Iowa St @ Okie St
Another game where something has to give as the Cyclones are one of the best teams in the country at stopping the run and the Cowboys are number 3 in the country in rushing.

Colorado @ Mizzou
The Buffs have won games with mirrors as their pass defense is terrible only TCU is ranked below them. Mizzou has a decent passing attack ranking in the top 25% so they may have a field day through the air.

Texas Tech @ Okie
One thing Tech has going for them is that they are the best team in the country at passing the ball whereas the Sooner seems to do everything well except stop the pass as the rank in the bottom 40% in the country.

SMU @ Boise
This could get ugly as Boise is one of the top teams in the country at passing the ball and the Mustangs rank in the bottom 5% stopping the pass. SMU does not have a strong offense to keep Boise off the field so this could get disgusting.

MTSU @ NTEX
MTSU should be able to pass on the Mean Green without much problem since they are the 7th best passing team in the country and the Mean Green is in the bottom 2% at stopping the run. The Mean Green is the only team country that can give Toledo a run as the worst overall defense in the country.

Best of luck MC -- I do think WV can win this game if they tighten and don't give the refs the ability to makes these bad calls.

That unneccessary roughness call on the guy going over the middle was terrible. Since when can't you hit a guy hard when he's going over the middle?

5-2 early (even though Temple was the worst pick in history) and I assumming I will win the Buffalo game and lose the La Tech game (Fresno is manhandling them in the trenches) so going to add Northwestern +11.5.

Good Luck Cappers!!!
