Pierria Henry is averaging 17 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 4.7 steals per game, Terrence Williams is averaging 14 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 2.3 steals, Mike Thorne is averaging 13.7 points and 6.7 rebounds, and Willie Clayton averages 13 points and 9.7 rebounds. Charlotte is averaging 81.7 points and they are shooting 45.8 percent from the floor, 23.7 percent from beyond the three-point arc, and 70.5 percent from the free throw line. Charlotte doesn?t appear to have a ton of depth but their front line players all can contribute in a big way.
Kansas State is 0-3-1 against the spread in their last four games, 1-3-1 against the spread following a win, and 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five non-conference games. Charlotte is 4-1-1 against the spread in their last six games, 3-1-1 against the spread against a team with a winning record, and 11-5-1 against the spread against a team with a winning percentage higher than .600.
I see it as the wrong team is favored here and I look for Charlotte to win comfortably.
