Wasted some time watching the boring Dallas game last night and thought I'd put what I saw to use.
I already did some scanning the college dudes for wk. 6 so I took a shot at a prop. bet for the second half and added two college plays to make a regular 3 team parlay. The prop won and maybe my luck continues so here's the two college plays:

Pending 10/5/19 3:30pm College Football 385 Auburn -3 -110* vs Florida h
Pending 10/5/19 7:00pm College Football 387 Massachusetts +28? -140* vs Florida International

I do like these two plays enough to NOT put either one in a teaser.

BTW, I didn't post a thing in the horse race forum for several months but I did today, If you like the races you might want to check it out. Bring a broom with you to clear out the spider webs in there.

I'll be adding next college plicks in here.l

Gotta add this

Gotta add this

Concerning the AUBURN play, I just added a reply in taoist's thread," a few games to watch" and it really applies to two ways the
Auburn game may be better dealt with. Some of the viewers might want to view it.

While I'm here, here's some reg. lines for the Pros that I'll be using Sat:

Hurricanes -14

Texas - 10 1/2

Memphis -14

Auburn - UNDER 48 1/2 see the above for more about this game

That's it for now; hope I can add more later. I checked all lines as I'm writing this but let's assume that future picks are at the closing line odds cause whatever it may be (let me kn,ow if you prefer the opening line odds) these are going in teasers for me and the whole object here is to see what's better reg, single line bets OR using teasers and it doesn't look like anybody is playing any of the plicks anyway.

Still, I am getting more and more interested in maybe a couple of "Pro" type plays the way they have been working out during the past weeks in here.

best straight AND teaser bets for today

best straight AND teaser bets for today

Both are on the same game too!

Single line bet:
Auburn -1 1/2 FIRST HALF - I'm on this 1 just the way it reads.

Teaser stuffer (include with other STUFFers in teaser play):
Auburn/FL. UNDER

I got more teaser games like LSU and Ga. and others but I don''t think there's interest here, Let's see how the one's I already posted do in regular bets.

yanno , if you stop in, for the Auburn under I think a 7 point tease is good enough. I got that one.
I also got a 4 team teaser going with a 10 pt. tease on this UNDER play <--- looks like a cinch :0034

I use 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 or 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 depending on how confident I am about the plick. Then I check to see what the last digit (line) is and adjust it accordingly by half pts.

Good Luck

Real Wrap up week 6

Real Wrap up week 6

Again, not too shabby with the listed plicks here.. 3/4 line wieners, 75% this week. How bout the Auburn game covering the UNDER by 11+pts.?

I think I've seen enough of how the reg. line plays are worthwhile to make and I think I may do some dart throwing at em. for side plays along with my teasers. I did notice last season that a lot of my teaser plicks woulda covered a single line bet. Still, no regrets sticking with the teasers only last year that's for sure.

For me, doing what I did last week worked again.. played one 3 team teaser that I was most confident about and put enough $ on that one to win 3+units and that one hit enough to turn a profit. Miami killed my 4team teaser and my single 1st half bet was for only 1 unit. Wish I woulda pounded the single Auburn UNDER game. BTW, the winning teaser had Ohio St. in it which I just didn't think about getting it on the list when I posted here.

Wow, 530+ views ! I wonder how many of the guests/visitors tried the dart throwing advice? Seems to me that the last time I posted footsbawl stuff in here there were way more members who were in this forum. My intentions weren't to post to folks that don't bother to sign up with MJ and the time I get to spend on the puter these days is very limited cause my wife broke her leg in late Feb. falling from the ladder thingy that drops from the ceiling in he garage and the break was in a BAD place - reached the wider part where the knee joint is. It took awhile to see that the surgery failed and her leg is actually crooked now. She can use a walker for limited distance in here and can't do much and I am up to my ears in doing it all and I mean ALL in this house these days along with helping her out. Next up is a knee replacement later this mo.

I think I might :00011 with the list in my house for a couple of weeks and if I have time maybe get back here to let the visitors know if it's still working out afterwards. Hmm... maybe some guests will join us. Yeah, right.

Check out the horse forum; I can do quick posts there get no replies but thats cause there's nobody there. That's ok, it'll be easier to do and it's a change. Taoist, I hit a 41/1 wiener at a Canadian track (hello, MJers) on Wed. My track of choice is now Woodbine. I don't look for long shots either, that one came to me.

I'll drop in again just don't know when. Good Luck.
