Earthquake seen on LIVE News Cast this morning

Couple of co-workers felt it at 630am in Newbury Park and asked me if I did. I had not. Anyway, I still remember being in a grocery store at night working when the Northridge quake hit. Hope to never experience that again. :scared
Stupid question for a person who has never been in an earthquake but what happens if you're going down the interstate at 70mph and one happens? Is it hard to control your car? Hopefully it's not too dumb of a question but it seems like it might screw things up at those speeds.
