Damn Taoist.......you got me totally stumped on that 550 problem. I just took a washable marker and wrote 5+5+5=550 on my bedroom ceiling hoping that maybe the answer will come to me while I am trying to fall asleep LOL

LMFAO!!! :D I'm glad it was a washable marker.... ;)

...actually ozball got it right...but he didn't explain it....

...if you draw a small line on either of the plus signs to make it a 4, you come up with 545 + 5 = 550....

okay, here's a new one....

A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How can this be?

no, literally.... what is the substance it's made of...?

...while you ponder that one, here's another...easy one.

A man takes a barrel that weighs 20 pounds, and then puts something in it. It now weighs less than 20 pounds.

What did he put in the barrel?

another one....

There is a town in Texas where 5% of all the people living there have unlisted phone numbers. If you selected 100 names at random from the town's phone directory, on average, how
many of these people would have unlisted phone numbers?

monk, what about it?

correct again....

correct again....

here's one for the aftershower.... LOL

A horse travels a certain distance each day. Strangely enough, two of its legs travel 30 miles each day and the other two legs travel nearly 31 miles. It would seem that two of the horse's legs must be one mile ahead of the other two legs, but of course this can't be true. Since the horse is normal, how is this situation possible?

anyone?

okay, what happened to da easy questions???

I don't really have any clue on this one, except maybe it has something to do with the horse's ability to have an assymetric gait??? Maybe two legs work harder than the other two, like during a gallop, thereby making two legs actually travel farther over a distance. It's okay, you can laugh at me, I can handle it.:D

do his legs travel 30 miles away from the starting point?

if so....no clue, if not, he's walking in a circle, like horsey rides or something :)

the inside legs wouldn't have to work quite as hard.
