Saw in another post, Eddie, where you challenged Dogs to a round of golf and talked some smak with it. seriously, Eddie, u and dogs should get together for a round. I know you claim not to bet anymore, and that's fine, but you're telling me you and your buddies just play for shits and giggles and don't do any kind of betting at all?? Not even for a few beers or dinner or greens fees or even for PBR from the cart girl?? I find that hard to believe, but if you say so, so be it.

ANyway, if you don't want to bet, I'll bet somebody else on the forum, and I'll take Dogs. You two could get a date setup and meet in Louisville; that would be near the halfway point between BG and Cinci, and there are plenty of nice courses there. Lets get this thing planned!

got you down for a C-note if this ever happens, Scott. Sound good?

The C note is covered.

I would really like to caddy for Eddie during the round. I could
give him some winning tips during play. Last time I went golfing I shot 118. I think I could be of great help.

I was just thinking about my past experience with golfing.

One time the company i worked for, had this Vice President coming into town and he wanted to go golfing down to South Carolina. So I got volunteered tby my manager to go with him in A rental car and go golfing for the day.

I thought it was a fine idea at first. But then I remembered that
I hadn't really done much golfing in about two years.
But I did have a nice set of clubs.

I figured I would just take it easy and everything would be fine.

So I am in the rough and this VP decided to come down and help me get it out of there. He was full of usefull advice.

There were trees and bushs all over the place.

So then he says ..OK now just hit it hard and go right between them two trees. Yeh OK. No problem there. There appeared to me to be alot of room.

I should have mentioned to him that he should not stand so close behind me when I am about to slam a ball between two trees that were quite close to me. But in my haste to get it over with I forgot.

I decided to hit it as hard as I could . But the ball hit the closest tree and bounced straight back and missed the VPs head by less than a inch or so.

...............................................................................

One other time me and a buddy were in the cart and I went
down this steep hill hitting about 30 and hit a large ramp like object and we landed in the lake.

Geezz fond memorys.

What the h, e, double hockey sticks is wrong with Vegas next year? I mean I don't want to pummel your but buddy in front of only you and Scott. I want the world to see what we all know is the truth anyway:

lawyer over insurance agent;
Ohio over Kentucky;
Cincinnati over Bowling Green;
Moderate over Republican;
Kerry over Bush;
anybody over Bush;
Lexus over Oldsmobile;
trophy over Molly Thatcher; and
stud over stiff.

right is wrong;
left is right.

Thinking about playing dogs in golf in vegas next year makes me kinda poetic:

I want many in the witness stand;
when I pummel your buddy in the sand;

It 's next year in Vegas that I care to go;
Playin in Louisville, well thats a no show;

You may boast and cheer for your friend so dear;
I'll play for no doe, but maybe a beer.

Ta dah.

When someone mentioned Scott caddying for me, did anyone else think of Carl the assitant greenskeeper wacking the tops of those flowers while pretending to be Masters champ?

Edward Lets get a few facts straight

lawyer over insurance agent;
That should read (P.I. attorney vs smal business owner- incorporated 1987--I am sure you can do search to verify)

Moderate over Republican;
Should read(Liberal vs Conservative)

Lexus over Oldsmobile;
Don't have an oldsmobile but would not object to owning one.
If what I drive is an issue I would be happy to tell you.

Scott: Shoot me an email at addy in website profile. I got something to scan to you for Edward (since he does have email)
Just want to make sure he gets adaquate practice for the golf match.

Edward: I can see why your gambling has not faired well in past.
Lesson for today. NEVER give a person an option of an event to be played when he can take it or pass. He holds all the advantages.;)

--and your comment on commie gooks---
I can understand your animousity towards Asians as they collect fewer goverment funds (medicare/Medicaid/welfare than any segment of U.S. population per capita--
Don't imagine they are the lucrative sheep your "its not mt fault" affiliates are;)

Hmmm-I also thought the Mad Jack Open would be in Vegas next SB party. DTB it would be nice if you could bring your gf too- we could always drop her n Oy off in ChinaTown on Spring Mtn Rd.
So Scott you want to caddy for Edward? Maybe you better start practicing by carrying a full set of clubs around everywhere you go. And remember to always take the stairs.
6'5" you don't drink so you get to drive the cart.
;) Eddie- Carl from Caddyshack...+1. I was thinking more along the character Dennis Hopper played in "Blue Velvet."

Walking takes the fun out of golf for me. I am already in good
shape so no need to walk 18 holes. What is that about two miles with a loaded golf bag. No thank you.

I will just follow Eddie with his clubs. He can walk if he wants.

My golfing advice to Eddie will be sharp and to the point. Especially if I got a C note riding on the game. Eddie better play way above his ability on that fatefull day.

Eddie don't worry about people knowing about it. I would be
willing to take good notes.

Would you spot me 38 golf strokes for a hundred a hole ?

If you would I think I could get yyz or Nick D to wash
your balls for free.

When you put it that way I think Nick Douglas could even find
the value there.
