Sorry Ma, didn't notice this thread until just now. There has been quite a bit of banter back and forth between you and the Englishman. Some of the comments are correct, some are not. The law on this issue is in a constant state of flux especially with the promulgation of the Patriot Act as well as other security and privacy issues currently being litigated in various jurisdictions.
However, there is a comment that is directly on point and reflects that absolute legal standard that I feel qualified to comment on at this stage of this potentially landmark case which, I might add, I would be willing to take to the US Supreme Court if necessary. That comment would be located in post #16.
