Almost reminds you of the Black Panthers intimidating Philly voters on a true Election Day in 2012. Of course the gunrunner AG Holder refused to prosecute them.
Wasn't aware of this story until today. But yeah, those individuals should have been arrested and prosecuted for breaking the law. Looks like the cops certainly came to break it up, though: "The incident drew the attention of police, who around 10:00 am, sent King Samir away in part because of his billy club. Jackson was allowed to stay, in part because he was a certified poll watcher." Did the cops show up today?
Looks like they were taken to court, albeit nothing happened: "The Department of Justice became aware of the Election Day incident and started an inquiry. In January 2009, less than two weeks before the Bush Administration left office, the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice filed a civil suit under the Voting Rights Act against four defendants, including Shabazz." Think the same will happen with this mob? Highly unlikely.
Peace!
