Watch the turn towards more UN in Iraq. Since Kerry started thrwoing out it's time for the UN to play a bigger role. Forsure with the new government in iraq. The polls have started to show this idea is a good one. Watch the tone from the White house join in. Up to 5 days ago Bush was dead aginst U N. We shall see. It may have something to do with 92 dead G I's in just 15 days and another 544 wounded.

Hell of a call....after its already been reported on tv that Bush is going to try to get the UN more involved.

djv--I think we will see more of a UN effort, but I think the President eluded to that during his address the other night. I, for one, would definitely like to see this. I would have thought this was the plan from the beginning, but since we were going against the UN at the time we couldn't really state that. But that's just my take.

Im sorry 5 days ago He didn't see the need for a bigger UN role at this time. Blair shows up with, hey it's agood idea. The polls show Americans agree. And now it's like a light going on. Cheney still not sold on idea. Powell of course is for it. I have to wonder why it was not ok a year ago.
