just going through my daily routine here. i'll eliminate some and cap the games sometime later in the day. post any comments or feedback.

atl/phi--atl back in the zone? maddux -155? phi finally won one. i'll have to look closer at this game.

mon/fla--eliminated--i don't like it. if i cap the game, i'm certain i'll come up with burnett, and, like yesterday, i ain't laying more than -150 on these guys. not wasting my time.

mil/pit--mil playing decent lately, pit not. i'll take a look. it's probably going to be mil or a pass and if it's mil you probably have to get it soon before the line goes too high. public will prob be all over mil.

met/cub--2 struggling teams with a pickem line. i'll look closer and see if i can come up with a reason to take either of these teams. i never like to bet a team after 3 or more losses but both these teams are there

sd/col--eliminated--i hate betting games in col and it bit me on the ass once again yesterday. i'll stay away from that ballpark for awhile after that.

hou/ari--i like hou off the top of my head. i better take a closer look.

la/sf--eliminated--park -15? sounds good, huh? i'll stay away. these 2 teams screwed me over the weekend.

min/det--minny finally won one and maybe the bats came alive. i dont think the line will stay at -125 for long. i better take a look at this game.

cle/nyy--i'll have to handicap this game. on the surface it looks like an easy cle bet, especially since they have rocker now

bal/tor--eliminated--tor -150? you've got to be kidding. o's off 2 losses make tham a no bet. not going to waste my time.

tb/bos--hopefully i can find a reason to play tb because i'm not taking bos after losing 3 straight, especially at -200. these things turn into streaks.

tex/ana--will have to handicap this game. over 10?

i have 8 games left to handicap. if i bet the early game, the play will be on my page by noon. if not, all plays will be there by 630pm.

good luck!

Just an observation on the Mil/Pit game.

Lavrault for Mil has had a solid year so far. In his 6 games as a starter he has a 4.70 ERA. This includes a loss to Phil on May 15th when he gave up 8 runs in 3 innings. Take that game away and he has a 2.66 ERA over the other 5 starts. His only problem may be the long ball, giving up 9 home runs in 43 innings but only 1 in the last 3 starts. He is 1-0 in his last 3 starts but pitched well enough to win all 3. He won his last time out but the 2 starts before that went into extra innings.

On the other hand this will be Dave Williams first start in the majors. He is an unknown in this position. If he doesn't hold up for more than 6 innings Pit. could be in trouble. Thier bp is tired and the Mil offense has started to find thier swing. Pittsburgh's pitching has allowed almost 8 runs a game over the last six games including 26 this weekend to that powerhouse in Montreal

In my opinion Milwaukee looks like a solid pick from here.
