eliminating some games

nym/cub--i see -142 at rio which is higher than i like to go but i'm going to take a look and see if i can justify that big price. mets are losing, losing and losing. i like betting streaks.

atl/phi--eliminated--braves are -154 right now and might go higher? i can't see laying that much on the road and i can't see betting against burkett. pass. not going to bother looking at this game.

mon/fla--eliminated--fla looks like the bet here but not laying the big price. not bothering to look at the game.

mil/pit--have to take a look at this game. no 'off the top of my head' thoughts.

cin/stl--eliminated--can't play on cin and can't lay the big price. no work to do on this game. pass

sd/col--agh! coors field. will look into this game hoping that i can find solid reasons for a sd bet.

hou/ari--might have a nice dog play on hou in this game. have to look closer.

la/sf--eliminated--not gonna bother. sf or nothing here. i pass.

cle/nyy--have to look at this game. looking at possible cle and over here.

bal/tor--o's could be a very nice dog here. will dig deeper.

tb/bos--eliminated--don't like pedro games either way.

det/kc--yuck! but kc -135? they're not playing a little league team here. looking for reasons to take det.

cws/min--no thoughts. will have to handicap the game.

tex/ana--gotta take a closer look.

oak/sea--gotta look. might have a nice dog play here too.


that leaves me 9 games to cap. i'll have my plays up by 6:30 and the early game by 12:00 if i play it.

ATL has the big price, not sure if i want to play it, but i think the over in that game is a good bet. ATL bats are hot, PHIL pitchers are not. Might even par ATl and over together, cut down on some of that high juice.

Like your other thoughts, will wait for final outcomes.

i eliminated the cubs after looking closer. they just aren't hitting well enough for me to lay that much juice and i can't take the mets during their losing streak.

Rigdon was rocked his last 2 starts, but revealed he had some arm troubles which caused the Brewers to place him on the DL. This is his first start off the DL, he claims those 2 starts were because of the elbow problems. Brewers have struggled against lefties historically and face one in Anderson today. He has pitched 15 innings, and given up 11 hits and 4 runs against them this year. GL>

I grabbed Mulder at +140 for the price alone. That is great quality at a nice price. Garcia has been giving up close to four runs per game lately....... too big a number on the dog side for me to pass...
