This is not a law for illegals, as you put it. It is a law protecting children born in the U.S., who are considered citizens due to their place of birth. Since you are committed to upholding the Constitution in all cases (as far as I can see), this should be black and white for you:
Birthright citizenship is guaranteed under the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution
This law guarantees nothing specifically for illegal aliens.
So, Rusty, do you think that you have any advantages due only to being a white male, that non-whites and females of non-white skin color do not have? Simple question, doesn't deal with other issues.
What about the illegals that cross illegally?/What do we do with them?We mind as well give them citizen the way you talk..

Most of us encounter and visit with many different people everyday. I never felt the need to take a picture and put it on a gambling site. Are you trying to prove something to yourself?

2. I know there is reverse racism towards whites but it is not even close.
3. Most illegals do not have it better than you or I. There is a reason they are fleeing and coming here. I do not like it either but I can't say that I would not do the same if I was in their position.

I think they should be sent back per normal immigration law, or perhaps more severe penalties should be initiated on multiple offenses. I do not think we should allow our legal immigration status requirements be avoided. I think that is discriminatory against those that followed the law and became legal citizens.
I do understand why they come here, however, compared to their life before. The social and economic policies both countries are engaged in continue the negative process and problems that cause people to want to leave.
