I loved the way the old site was. The new site is terrible. So terrible i quit going there and i used to multiple times a day. I have even sent in multiple complaints on the contact us part of webpage with zero replies.

Same with me! I loved the old site! I sent at least 2 dozen complaints with specific issues with detailed explanations of what was wrong. Absolutely zero responses! Awful.:shrug::shrug:
