ESPN Bottom line for desktop?

Anybody download this and use it? Is it loaded with spyware or is it worth using? I have a cable modem so it could run all the time, seems like it might be nice to have, opinions?

I tried it last year and wasn't very impressed....was slow to update, cumbersome & took up to much space on the screen...don't know if they've improved on it
