outside of High Roller and the Wanny era.......

Any body else like to see Indy sweep the board and put that '72 Dolphin team to bed? :)

I'd find it pretty funny if they run the table in the regular season and get hammered in the playoffs. But that's just me.

Listening to Mike & Mike this morning (ESPN)......

they made mention that Dungy is hinting he will be sitting starters if they lock up the division and home field. If Denver continues winning it will keep driving Indy to play every game all out.

i like manning & dungy, but i'd rather see them win a superbowl than beat that record. if my cowboys cant win the sb i hope manning gets it this year.

Does it make any sense To continue to play your starters even though u clinched..........NO!

The whole goal of every team to win a superbowl.Playing starters after everything is clinched is not giving the colts the best chance at a superbowl. If he plays manning and company for 4 quarters in a close game when they are 15-0 he should resign. Can u imagine the backlash if Manning get hurt in the 3rd quarter (or even first) when they are 13 or 14 and 0 and clinched everthing.

I am not saying dont' play them for a little, to get some live practice, but limit that to a few drives. That is much easier to accept an injury them some meaningless 3rd quarter play.

I would like to take the long shot bet of a first round loss, for sh*ts and giggles. it woudl be pretty funny to see the best offensive team in my lifetime, lose to an inferior team.

do i want to see Indy go ALL the way thru undefeated?? .....hell NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unfortunately, i have to will them to the SB since they are AFC, and it is the only chance that they will meet up with my Bears ;)

now i just have to will da bears all the way thru to the SB also ( so they can kick Indy's @sses back to about 1995)
