Ever had a Hot Toddy for a really bad cold/sore throat ?

Don't think I have the flu but I am tired of this congestion and sore throat.
Just went to ABC store( North Carolina liquor stores) and got several miniature Honey Bourbon bottles.
Having some Earl Grey hot tea with added honey, orange juice and one miniature bottle.
Tried this remedy before and it works for me.

lemon juice
honey
some add ginger.....
