Im guessing that all the teams that were leading at the end of the 1st qtr were favored..... JESUS!!! It cost me a pretty penny in fine scotch bottles (2 18 yr highland's) for the LAL and MIA 1st qtrs covering....... (he picked em and he got em). At least I get to drink at least one of the them with him. SHIT....

I played Miami simply because I though they HAD to show some heart at home... started at 3' -115 - went to -130... still it didn't look good for a while
Well, both PORT AND Mem hit easily 1st qtr.... Every single game today, the 1st qtr was won by 2-12 points (SA up by 2, OK City had 3 pt lead on road, and finally Hou had 6 pt lead on road; THE REST HAD 6-16 points including 3 games with 11 pt lead and 1 with 10!!!!) Average lead today for the favorite was 7.83 POINT LEAD!!!!
I will DEFINITELY be checking into this trend a bit further back than obviously today; see if its been streaking 1 way (or the other, doesnt matter, as long as it streaks for 2+ days, right?) for 2-3 days in a row...
Also, every once in a while, there comes a team that covers like 16+ of 20 games in the qtr or DOESNT cover... Again, it doesnt matter, as long as it streaks....
Anyone been watching the trend? Or is this just a 1 day fluke that was screaming to take both Mem and Portland after I posted the trend that had emerged today, AND I DIDNT... :facepalm:

Havent tracked the 28th, 29th, 30th... If someone would like to quickly, Id appreciate it... (If the line was a pk em on 1st qtr and NOT a pk em on the game, say -1 for a tm, the tm that is -1 in game is obv the favorite in the 1st qtr....)
