Why the Giants will win: The only thing I know is it'll be a two-minute-warning kind of game. One team's going to have a chance to win this one late. It comes down to the Giants' terrific pass rush, and whether Matt Light can hold up for 60 snaps against the dangerous Osi Umenyiora. I say Umenyiora makes a few decisive plays. </TD></TR><TR><TD class=main_text colSpan=3>

Why the Patriots will win: Quarterbacks and head coaches usually do more to determine the outcome of Super Bowls than anyone else, and my gut tells me Tom Brady's and Bill Belichick's motivation level is sky high this week. Something to do with that little upset in the desert at the hands of these same Giants four years ago. Close, back-and-forth game will be decided by a late Patriots field goal, the way New England always wins its Super Bowls.</TD></TR><TR><TD class=main_text colSpan=3>

Why the Patriots will win: On paper this looks like a matchup the Giants can, and maybe even should, win. But my pick basically boils down to Tom Brady. I think he will lean on what he learned in the first Giants-Pats matchup this season and exploit his advantages, with or without a healthy Rob Gronkowski.</TD></TR><TR><TD class=main_text colSpan=3>

Why the Patriots will win: Tough game to call, but I think Belichick and Brady will finally solve the Giants' riddle. I like how Vince Wilfork is dominating for four quarters. I picked the Pats to win the Super Bowl before the season. No time to abandon them now. </TD></TR><TR><TD class=main_text colSpan=3>

Why the Patriots will win: The Giants present a bad matchup for the Patriots, while Tom Coughlin is 4-1 all-time vs. Bill Belichick. But the Giants have also been glorified into the 1985 Bears over the past two weeks instead of a 9-7 team that gave up 400 points this year. Cold, Hard Football Facts, meanwhile, has eight stats that each predict winners in more than 60 percent of NFL games. New England was better in all eight this year. The Patriots avoid the four turnovers they suffered in the midseason meeting and eke out another three-point Super Bowl win. </TD></TR><TR><TD class=main_text colSpan=3>

Why the Patriots will win: The Patriots have less pressure on them than in their last trip to the Super Bowl. Tom Brady won't have two bad weeks in a row. Bill Belichick will masterfully find a way to cover up the deficiencies in the secondary. </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
