It looked early that Kansas was the play, now the whole forum is on Syracuse. I hate that.

That makes my decision easy.

KANSAS BIG.

Nahhhh, I am one of the biggest contrarians of them all. The public loves Kansas......the forum has it right this time. The line moved from 4.5 to 5.5. Remember this is a public game......you are gonna get people that dont any better plopping their money on the jayhawks. dont be persuaded by what the forum thinks.

dont drive yourself nuts trying to find a public side on this one as far as the spread goes. have seen a good number of posts for both sides on a lot of forums.

your in good company.

sorry for your lost.

DICK VITALE
Kansas over Syracuse: Carmelo Anthony is a star -- the best freshman I've seen in the Final Four. And Syracuse does a great job with spacing on offense, isolating players like Anthony. But the Orangemen have given up points to post players -- Georgetown center Mike Sweetney averaged 30.7 points in three games against Syracuse this season. And Nick Collison is a big-time post player. That gives Kansas the edge.

DIGGER PHELPS
Kansas over Syracuse: The Jayhawks are where Maryland was a year ago -- on a mission. With Roy Williams in his fourth Final Four, this team is ready to win. They just have that kind of mindset right now. Nick Collison and Kirk Hinrich won't let this one slip by.

ANDY KATZ
Kansas over Syracuse: Why? There are plenty of reasons. It's Roy Williams' time. Kansas has the senior leadership of Kirk Hinrich and Nick Collison. Their much-maligned role players -- Keith Langford, Aaron Miles, Michael Lee and Jeff Graves -- are playing their best basketball of the season. Kansas' quick-strike break is better than Syracuse's 2-3 zone. Kansas had to get through the West Regional and that meant Duke and Arizona to get to the Final Four. And the Jayhawks blitzed Marquette Saturday night. Pretty good resume.

JAY BILAS
Kansas over Syracuse: It's because of Kansas' experience. But there are still a lot of ifs-- if they can get the fast break going, if they can limit Carmleo Anthony's touches, if they can get Nick Collison and Kirk Hinrich free. Kansas has no answer defensively for Anthony, but Syracuse has no answer defensively for Collison. Kansas will do a good job against the zone and Hinrich is the key to that. If he makes his shots, Kansas wins.

JOE LUNARDI
Kansas over Syracuse: Remember your old teacher who said, "First thoughts are always the best?" Well, that applies to Kansas and me. I picked the Jayhawks to win it all in October, left the bandwagon several times throughout this season, but must climb back on for tonight's championship game. Syracuse has been terrific, never more so than in racing past Texas on Saturday. But recent championships have been about experience, and the contrast tonight couldn't be more stark. The "chalk" will rock.
.....................................................................

you and these guys on Kansas while Madjacks consensus play is with Syracuse. OK ........
