Yeah the more I read about it the more it seems oregon state is the play

Ball State should destroy a bad whoever it is they are playing. Some of those 1AA teams are decent, if not good.... but the team they play is outright bad, even in d1aa, though they played a tough schedule last year, if that's an excuse.
