You see the highway bill signed today. You talk about no spending control. What the hell Bush use your veto. Congress tried to sneak one like this by Reagan. He shot that sucker down at once. And beautification for of Al things along a stretch of their Ron Reagan expressway for 3 million. He would just chit his pants if a live.
