Which one of the 3 dicounters should they use?

According to what you are looking for?

Expedia would be 3rd, BUT some people like them because you see the place you are booking in advance

I use HotWire about 100 nights a year and get great results and savings, just make sure you pick NO LESS than 3 Star and preferably above and the area you want to stay

That said, I just booked a flight to NY on Priceline for $124 roundtrip:scared
