It is two people as others have said.
The top half looks to be a whole person to me, but a very short girl who is extremely flexible. both of her legs are bent up behind her lower back. That's why she has the flowy shirt on. Look when she crawls away and you can see the two bumps on her lower back that are her feet flexed up and behind.

not to be the mean person here, but when this guys gets the ball, lets say fumble recovery for arguments sake. When is he considered down, when he takes a knee? One or both knees?
And when he does "tackle" how can u not say its tripping?
I mean these are legitimate rules in the game.
