EXPOS/DODGERS Under 7.5 ?125 - Livan Hernandez has actually pitched very well in the first month of the season, but he has little to show for it due to the anemic Montreal offense. Hernandez is just 1-2 on the year despite being a perfect 4 for 4 in Quality Starts and owning a fine 3.00 ERA and 1.27 ratio. Not surprisingly, the Under is a perfect 5-0 in all of his starts. Hernandez also pitched well the last time he started here in Los Angeles, tossing 7 shutout innings while allowing only 6 hits. Lima has made 2 starts for the Dodgers, with one good and one bad. The lousy effort is forgivable however as it came in Colorado. His task should be much easier here vs. a pathetic Expos offense that is averaging just 1.88 runs per game overall. Montreal is also dead last in the Major Leagues with a .209 team batting average.
