Yes they are. Merc is at least 1? second faster/lap than others. Means you can
drive saving fuel and tyres and still be 1sec/lap quicker... And they are reliable.
So far in four races Mercedes is 1-2 in fastest race laps except first race where
Hamilton retired. Rosberg got fastest lap.

Magnussen has been solid imo. it's easiest to compare drivers to their team mates,
currently it is really difficult to estimate what team vs team situation is.
