new season, new rules and some drivers with new teams

previous seasons have been quite difficult to bet since there is one (or last season two) heavy favorites and not much of a chance for surprises. and if there is a surprise it's one of those you just can't predict.

Taking it easy and going with

Verstappen to win +120 5u
Ferraris looked good but they have history of poor tactics and decision making in races.

race H2H
Hamilton -300 2u - Russel
interesting to see how he handles this situation where he basically was stripped off the championship at the last lap of the last race. unfair, but to be honest people in F1 are pretty much fed up with his politics etc.
i don't think very highly of Russel, i'm excepting him to be way worse than Bottas (in Mercedes).

Hamilton podium ? YES +300 1u

Points finish Bottas YES -200 2u

winning margin +10 seconds +210 2u

number of classified drivers O16? +100 2u

Good luck :toast:

noup, Verstappen failed his last lap but team mate Perez took pole...

season -1.oou

to win
Leclerc +150 4u

looks like RB (and Merc) are strugling with tyre temps with colder tyres so:
leader after
1st lap Leclerc +162 2u
5th lap Leclerc +137 2u
10th lap Leclerc +125 2u

H2H
Alonso +100 2u - Ocon
Verstappen -175 2u - Perez

Both cars points finish
Mercedes YES -138 3u (last year it was both cars podium finish "yes" with these odds :mj07: )

top six finish
Bottas YES +162 2u
Russell YES -175 2u

Imola GP

to win Verstappen -138 5u
looks like tide is turning for RB, Verstappen won easily yesterdays sprint race and starts from pole today. Leclerc's Ferrari was eating it's front tyres quickly unlike RB.

podium finish
Perez YES -120 3u

Hamilton +137 2u over Russel
nice to see hamilton so helpless when car isn't better than others... true champion would STFU and get to work to make it winning car again. now he is thinking another team

a few hours after placing that Leclerc bet Ferrari tells they will replace more parts = more grid penalties :facepalm:

+1,75 though

Montreal GP race:

top six finish
Leclerc YES +110 2u

H2H
Leclerc +200 2u - Sainz

end of 1st lap position
Sainz 4th or worse +125 2u

nothing much to bet, possibly wet race so Max -275 might be good one...

weather update:

Canadian Grand Prix weather forecast
For the first time this weekend, the threat of rain is at zero per cent with the sun expected to shine over Montreal and the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
Temperatures should peak at 21 degrees Celsius with a southerly 9mph wind pushing drivers down the two main straights.

some bitching if i may, one of those races where you get it right but everything just goes wrong anyway.

Max took 1st lap lead, race was stopped because of Russel crashed (obviously him...) and race was restarted. Max takes lead again but drives over some debris on the track that demolishes his cars floor and game over for him. tweet below shows the piece that came through the floor and stayed there until race was over. never seen anything like that...

Austrian GP track is quite simple, pole man is in good position to keep his position, quicker cars have good spots to pass slower cars etc
I'm not excepting much of a race but dull performance from top teams. Ferraris were racing against each other in yesterdays sprint making sure Max got away easily.
Not sure if that happens today...

points finish
Magnussen YES -163 2u
Ricciardo YES -120 2u

team H2H (haven't seen these before)
Haas -138 3u - McLaren

group betting
Ocon -138 2u / Magnussen - Schumacher -Alonso

dual forecast (1-2 order doesn't matter)
Verstappen+Leclerc -150 3u

group betting (bet365)
