i am well aware that my tags should be displayed properly. however, they were not and i received a ticket for it. has anyone else received a bs citation as this ? and what steps were taken to defend ? help is appreciated. i know lawyers / officers in memphis, but i am looking for advice. one tag was in the window and the old tag was in the former proper spot.
