Atlanta -10 over NY Jets ****
Jets offense is hurting big time.Everyone knew before the season started it had problems with or with Sanchez.Geno is way over his head right now.He should be backing up and learning. He has 8 ints and a few fumbles..leads the league...his Rb's are avg despite Powell playing good and Ivory who has had a bad hamstring the day the Jets traded for him..he got off the plane in Newark limping..but no one is a threat there.OL has done pretty good. Geno has no wr's..Holmes the only true wr is out tonite.Hill had a concussion is cleared to play..but he drops open passes during practice,pre-season and of course games...Geno sometimes looks like a "deer in headlights"
Jet D is tough esp the front 7...they are 2nd in the league in defense and 5th overall...but lets not forget who they played so far...Tampa bay{ which they should of lost},Buffalo,Tenn, and New England. The NE game was there best defensive game losing only 13-10...think the front 7 are solid but the Jet secondary will be tested big time tonite....Millner the No 1 draft choice started the 1st 2 games.he has been benched. He can't stay with his man or zone..
Atlanta is 1-3 but everyone knows they are much better then that.Ryan at qb is 3rd in the NFL in passing{1,300 yds.His problem is in the red zone where he can't score...His rb Jacquizz is playing real well but Jets should contain him.But at the wr Falcons have Julio in the backyard,Rodney who is not 100% but still good at 85% and Tony Gonzalez at TE...this is where the Jets will have trouble.
Plus playing in the Georgia dome, with a team thats backs are to the wall...think Falcons wins this by 2 td's or more...even if the jets defense plays great the jets will turn over the ball a few times on offense and Falcons have enough playmakers to score a few td's...
