Someone in our league didn't pay this year. I'm auctioning off his team today. The buy-in for the league was $150. His team is currently 0-2 going into this week. We pay as follows (which may be reduced a little dependent on the amount I collect):

Super Bowl Winner $450
Runner up $250
2 Division winners $75
Round 1 & 2 playoff winners $50
Each week, high points $50
first team to have one of their players arrested $50
High points for the year $50

It's a head to head league, 12 teams, 6 teams make the playoffs. Here are the complete rules

Here is his team:

Drew Brees
Chris Johnson
Giovani Bernard
Mike Wallace
Steve Smith
Torrey Smith
Julius Thomas
Vikings
Steven Hauschka
Maurice Jones-Drew
Ben Tate
Josh Gordon
DeAndre Hopkins
Fred Davis
Steelers
Eagles

I have a bid in from someone for $60, so that's where it starts. I'll close bidding tonight at 9 pm EST.

Thanks for letting me try to recoup, Jack

$$$$$$ is on it's way, sent it via ground mail August 21.

:mj07: :mj07: :mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

He's either got the worst luck in the world with the mail or he's a complete fraud. I don't like when people jerk others around. Someone who doesn't pay for a league that they agree to play in fucks with everyone who's in the league.

It's a character thing. And this shows a complete lack of.

Complete Fraud, remember a couple years ago he had a thread looking for me to sign him up on a 33 board. Well I got a handful of you guys and I signed you up before getting the money. You all sent me the money and he never did. He had the Seahawks to start but the teams switched every 4 weeks.
1. He told me that he couldn't believe I didn't have the money cause he sent it.:mj07:
2. He said he was resending another check and to rip up one if I got 2.
3. Out of checks, needed a ride to get to bank for money order cause he had ACL surgery.:mj07:
4. Well he was going to Money Gram location to pay the $85, I email him and asked for info, then he said well post office closed. :mj07: What post office does money gram?

Well then he quit responding and when the subject came about where he didn't stiff anyone, I would bring it up and he would never come back to that thread.

He got a lot of mileage out of that ACL thing didn't he? :mj07:

Did he ever pay or did you just have to give up on him?
