Two for today. Good luck, all.

SAN DIEGO +1 1/2 +120 over Seattle 400/480

Moyer comes off a super outing but with his high batter count and low strikeouts, he is susceptible to a loss with Seattle's bats being relatively quiet. San Diego goes with a rookie but suposedly this guy is a terrific pitcher. San Diego bullpen has also been sound with a nice close to the game yesterday.

METS +1 1/2 -145 over Yankees 500/345

Wells goes out of turn (though he does have 4 days of rest) and he comes off a long outing with a low strikeout total. Mets have controlled both games and I expect them to get the win in the series that they deserve with such a large focus on this nationally televised game.

I think what Nick means is that the Mets have outplayed the Yanks so far in the first two games. Outscored them 12-4, in fact. Yankees had to scrap their way back late in the 1st game to come back and win.

Roger,

I'm terribly sorry about that. I am a big jerk. I had a good friend going this weekend as well and so I was waiting until the last minute to decide. I decided not to go but then I forgot to email you back or call you. I am going to email you right now with my number so if you want you can call and yell at me:).

No excuse for that, Roger. I was just a jerk. I hope you accept my apology.
