They claim that the "Caravan" is bringing Small Pox and Leprosy.

Hmmm. There hasn't been a case of Small Pox anywhere on earth for forty years. Small Pox does not exist - anywhere on earth.

Leprosy? Almost gone except for a few pockets in India and a few other isolated areas. Spread by nasal mucus. So what are they going to do - find a leper and have him fling boogers?

That was never the point AND I didn't say that. We have several counties listed as "Sanctuary City" and I just don't hear a lot about crime committed by those people.
