Few more have come to mind.

Enter the Dragon (Martial Arts)
Kiss of the Dragon (Martial Arts)

Dunno if you've seen either but the top one is still my favorite one. I HATE stop action crap so that is why I also enjoyed Jet Li's latest alot. Ordinary as a movie but the martial arts in my mind was spectacular.

Ghost Dog (Suspense-kinda)

Artsy film about a African American Hit Man being hunted by Italian Gangsters.

Blade Runner/Director's Cut (Sci-Fi)
Masterpiece
Year Of The Dragon (Suspense)
Mickey Rourke as a Polish NY Cop against the Chinese Triad
Big Trouble in Little China (Martial Arts-Comedy)
Underrated film with Kurt Russell and a much younger Kim Cattrell(Yummy!!)

Also, Manhunter was a better movie then Red Dragon. Then again Michael Mann (Miami Vice/Heat/Ali/Last of the Mohicans) is a MUCH better filmaker then the guy who did both Rush Hours. Both are based on the same book.

Nice list AR182....

I'll have to chime in with a few picks of my own especially after following the advice of a post here at MJ's. Last night I watched 25th Hour after someone here had talked about it and loved it! Anyone who is a fan of Edward Nortan (Fight Club, American History X) will not be disappointed with this movie. Some other movies off the top of my head which aren't on other people's lists but I love to watch:

True Romance
Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead
Suicide Kings
Memento
Frailty
Fight Club
American History X
Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story
Heat
The Professional
Bram Stoker's Dracula
The Game
Fear

I'll try to get more later...

BTW, AR182- I love to see other people have seen f/x and Eddie and the Cruiser's... but did you see the sequel of each???

bigdad2,

i saw fx2, didn't think it matched the first one & don't remember if i saw eddie2.

I liked heat & momento & thought that momento was very creative.

true romance, was that the movie with christian slater or the movie with jeff daniels & melanie griffith ?

another movie that i saw a while ago & enjoyed was "the pope of grenwich village" with mickey rourke & eric roberts.

many critics think that "the searchers" was the best western ever made. it's also my favorite.
