Washington +4 - Playing very well this season so far and gained a lot of confidence off that win last week against Boise. OSU is young, offense is weak, and this will be a tough spot on the road.

Colorado +4 - FSU just plain sucks. I can't believe Colorado is a home dog here. I like them to possibly win straight up.

Kentucky +7 - Louisville can definitely score but so can the Cats. The kicker here is that Kentucky can occassionally stop somebody and we all know that Louisville couldn't stop a flag football team. I like UK at home and they may win straight up also.

Florida -7 (Buy full point) - Tennessee is young and we've seen what they looked like on the road once already this year and this will be round 2. Tebow has been a force on offense and I completely expect the Gators to put up over 30 points here. Gators should cover the 8, but I'll buy to 7 just to make sure.

Texas Tech -27.5 - Texas Tech did not look good against UTEP at home last week but this is Rice. Rice got waxed by Baylor and hasn't looked good all year. I'm most nervous about this line, but I'll still lay the chalk and take the chance.

Central Florida +20 - Texas had a good win last week against TCU, but this is a game big teams absolutely dread. Going on the road to a small school is never fun or a good scenario. UCF upset NC State on the road to open the year. They won't win this game but I think they can keep it within 3 touchdowns.

LSU -40 - Bottom line, LSU is 90 points better than MTSU. They won't win 90-0 but I think they could put up 50 or 60 easily and keep MTSU to 10 or less with no problem.

UNC -2.5 - Butch Davis is one of the best coaches in the country and Virginia has shown absolutely nothing this year. They were killed on the road by Wyoming and were unimpressive against Duke last week. A 3 point line for the home team tells me this is basically a pick and I'll take the better coach and team.

UConn -29 (maybe) - Temple sucks. Enough said.

Alabama -3 - Arkansas is one-dimensional and the Tide is improving under Nick Saban. Saban is obviously the better coach and remember this matchup last year. Bama was on the road under a bad coach, racked up almost 500 yards of offense and should have won by 2 touchdowns. Arkansas is weaker this year with no defense and a young offensive line. The Tide should put up big numbers here and run away in the 2nd half. Tide by 13 over the Hogs and an easy cover.

Adding:
Georgia Tech -7 - See commentary in post below.

Two 3 Team Teasers...thoughts please!

Nebraska +20.5/Georgia Tech +3/Colorado +14

Alabama +7/Florida +2/Washington +14

Any thoughts guys? Comments or suggestions are always welcome! Good luck!

OSU still is OSU...tough team

OSU still is OSU...tough team

i think this is a spot for OSU to prove they are still competitive and Wash has overachieved IMHO and that may be strenuous to them and may show on this match

You've summed up my thoughts on UNC completely. Better coach, and UVA is very poor in my opinion.

On the other side of FSU vs Colorado, as I just haven't seen anything out of the Buffs to make me think they can move the ball consistently, but that's just my gut feeling.

Best of luck.

It is NC, but I really think UVA sucks that bad. They couldn't even score a TD on the road at Wyoming. Now I know that Wyoming is a horrible place to travel to and play and this is a different situation...but when you suck there and can't manhandle Duke...I'm taking the Heels big!

I just don't see anything that is impressive about OSU. I thought having Boise and OSU in back to back weeks would be tough, but when the Huskies held Boise to just 13 and OSU can't score against Akron...I have to believe that Washington wins outright!

Nor Cal
Flordia hasn't played anybody. I have this line @ Gators - 3. I'll take the Vols and more than a touch. Vols opening the season playing two tough opponents.

Love the UCF play @ home. Tex still trying to find themselves. UCF should score and keep it within 3 scores. Texas barely survived Arky state and had to get up for TCU.

looking @ Tarheels as well. They were neck & neck with w/ ECU who is no pushover. Virginia hasen't showed me anything playing one cupcake & and a medicore Cowboy team. they will be pumped in chapil for this one.

Like Bama as well. I have this line @ 7. Arky is only on the map because of Mcfadden and are one dementional. As for Bama they are a perfect example of "What a coach makes a difference." type of program. Vandy is no pushover and they beat them by two touches.

GL with the rest!

I'm still in love with the Gators. Tennessee is so young and this is an extremely hostile environment they are headed to. Even though Cal wanted revenge, this is much tougher than the trip to Berkley. Tennessee's defense has shown me nothing and Ainge is overrated. I will still lay the points. I'm interested to see what the total will be. I'm leaning towards over.

NC is beginning to look better and better to me. I don't see Virginia staying within 10 points here.

Adding one play:
Georgia Tech -7 - The Jackets are really rolling so far this year. Their defense is for real! I know beating Notre Dame doesn't look as impressive as it normally would, but they were completely dominant in a tough stadium. BC took advantage of a ton of NC State mistakes last week and I don't think GT will be making those same mistakes at home this weekend. GT is my sleeper in the ACC this year and I think they take it to the Eagles at home.
