Cal showed flashes at times. I think their RB can play and they got a few receivers besides Allen. Their D was solid enough to win, those prayers the WU kept throwing up shoulda been picked a few times tho. The glaring weakness..........MAYNARD!! Since cal lost their best receiver and only have one guy left who can catch AND they have no qb AND they can't pass protect anyway, they should put Sofele at qb and run the option. They have tons of skilled talent. Seems like an easy solution to me.
