Feds have landed in CR?

The Feds sure do have terrible timing, hell if this would have happened last week the good ol'US of A would have saved me 2 dimes, but no they have to wait until after the Ravens and SD both lay an egg.

I know I mainly slept in International Law at Law School, but I do recall this topic about jurisdiction and boarders.
