ND -3.5 over VT.

VT is terrible. I watched them play Miami in Blacksburg and it was not good, Miami won by about 10. The Hookies get in a lot of trouble if they are not hot from three. In the first half against Miami, the hurricanes had 10 TO's to VT's 1 and still had a ten point lead! In the closing mins VTs best player (Matthews) came up lame but I think he is fine. However the Irish coming off a loss & know this is a big game in the Big East. I think they roll the Hookies.

The zone defense will be tough for SHU to crack and if they remain cold from three (The Pirates have had difficulty hitting the three-point shot since the start of conference play. In the last three games, SHU is a combined 15-for-51 (.294) behind the arc. The mark has them tied for 13th in conference games only. In the second half against Boston College, the Pirates were a woeful 2-for-11 (.182) on three?s. In 12 non-conference games, the Pirates hit 39.5 percent of their threes) the will lose this game.

Also the rebound advatage is on Cuse with Warrick and Forth. IMO Cuse wins outright.

I like it too. ND is definately the play here as VT shoots only 60% from the line, and to me that's worth -2 pts any day of the week. Looking for a 67-60 type ball game.

It's hard not to take that patented zone D against a struggling 3 pt O. I think Imay pass on that one however.
