Cuse +5.5-----------------WHy?-------------Again they have the best player on the court in Anthony. Anytime they need a hoop he either gets to the free-throw line or makes a hoop. He can Post up, take his man out on the 3 line--hit the 3 or slash to the hoop. He also showed me something else on Sat. His ability to regonize the double team and final his outlets---Warrick and Mac---these guys can score bottom line. So him being double team(what we will see tonight when he is on the block) should not be a big problem. Why i like Cuse besides them having 2 great players in Anthony and Warrick. Mac--Edelin----Pace--Duany-all guys that can help out with scoring. With all the attention being drawn to Anthony----Mac can hit the 3 consisently---Pace and Edlin great around the hoop with the 6 to 8 ft jumper. What will be the difference?? Will it be experience?---I do not buy that----Syracuse has been doing it all year with their inexperienced and young group. These guys can play, and they play smart. Syracuse better free-throw shooting team----How will these two match up on the boards?? Kansas has an edge but believe Syracuse has guys in Mcneil, Anthony, Warrick, and their guards do a great job on boards to neturalize Kansas big men. How will the pts in the paint come for Kansas?? Yes they will get baskets like Texas did, but believe Collison will be suprized by Mcneil---strong, physical guy that can rebound and change shots. They key is for Syracuse big players to stay out of foul trouble(but realistically in this game someone will be in foul trouble. How will Kansas attack the zone and will they be effective??? Well first of all Kanas loves to push and run their secondary break 4 out 1 in----Do not think they will beat Syracuse back many times---Not much advantage their. In the half-court---Heinrich can hit the 3 and slash----He will be the Number 1 guy Cuse will watch--He will not get great looks from 3---Heinrich has shown he will take deep--bad shots----He will do this---Cuse wants this-------Miles will be guarded like Ford was---play off him do not close hard on him. He will try and drive but cuse will not let that happen. Cuse has impressed me all year and i have made money on them all tournament, But they really impressed me again on Sat. Anthony plays great d---he did not let Ford beat him baseline at all---he is quick and beat Ford to the base-line everytime. he also gets good postion on offensive and defensive glass. Why is the line 5.5?? I believe this line is way too high. IT may be a tad too high because Kansas looked like a NBA team against Marquette. But believe the expert line makers are setting the line at 5.5 due to Kansas experience-----But Texas and Oklahoma was giving pts. and both a few weeks ago were considered the same or even better than Kansas... So why is the line 5.5---higher than Texas line???? Because Kansas looked like the Lakers on Sat.--------The CUse has the best player on the Court tonight and guys around him that can flat out play-----I'm putting my money with the deeper team----Good foul-shooting team---has many role players---That run that zone to a perfection.I like Mac better than Heirich---Mac anticipates steals---great passer--excellent foul-shooter--and can knock the 3 down-----Another important component will be Syracuse has many guys that can bring the ball up--------Legs will be good late to shoot. Many reasons again why i like Syracuse-----Believe they are the hottest team right now---and are coming from the Hottest confernence---St.Johns--Seton Hall--G.town-------Pitt----Especially Uconn---were all playing their best baskeball during the conference championships and Ncaa--Nit tournaments.
