A year ago my wife was on vacation in Hawaii with her family. She was riding a bicycle and was hit by a car. It was obviously the cars fault. It has been a very strung out process of offers, and finally we accepted a $30,000 offer. I guess its better then the original offer of $20,000. :shrug:

thanks, really appreciate it.. 30 grand isnt much considering all the pain she has been through... but at least its a start..

We had an attorney, he said the most we will probably get is 35,000. I guess 35% was her fault because she didnt have a headlight on the bike which wasnt her fault because she rented the bike.
