I use two very good fantasy football sites that rank all positions. I've done very well over the years in using them, and this year is no different. I won't bore you with anything else, just that I understand obsessing about your lineup in the final game. And I also have Kelce, and have watched him all year. I was really worried last game when he fumbled yet again, but Reid went back to him after for a TD. The kid is going to be a Top 3 (IMO) TE option for a long time, if he can learn to hold on to the ball and not go for the extra yard or two.

ANYway... here are the two ranking sites opinions by points, and I would look at a combination of the two to make my picks. Different leagues use different scoring methods, of course.

Site One:
Baltimore - 3 sacks, 1 Fumb, 1 Int., 1 TD scored.
Miami - 4 sacks, 1 Fumb, 1 Int., 0 TD scored.
New England - 3 sacks, 1 Fumb, 1 Int., 0 TD scored.

Site Two -
New England Patriots DEF, NE NYJ: #28 3.0 1.7 (Int) 0.5 (Fmb) 0.3 (Score) 9.20
Baltimore Ravens DEF, BAL HOU: #9 3.0 1.5 0.6 0.3 9.00
Miami Dolphins DEF, MIA MIN: #22 3.4 1.3 0.6 0.2 8.40

TE -
Site One:
Greg Olsen CAR vs. CLE 5 Rec. 80 1 17.5
Travis Kelce KC vs. PIT 4 50 1 13.0

Site Two:
Greg Olsen TE, CAR CLE: #9 5.0 Rec. 64.0 0.4 TD prob. 13.80 (PPR) 8.80 (Reg)
Travis Kelce KC @PIT 4 50 1 13.0

I am a Kelce apologist, but I'd have to lean Olsen in this matchup. With Newton being hurt, and either him wanting to get rid of the ball quickly or them going to the backup, I'd have to think Olsen will remain a top option this week. Their targets and numbers were similar last week. Cle is #8 against TE's, Pitt is #25 FWIW. Random thoughts.

As for defense, I think I'd lean New England, although a solid case can be made for any of them. Always like the thought of Revis back there waiting for some of Geno's throws, although he might not see any come his way.

Good luck to you!

Too, don't mean to highjack the thread, but how about gates or kelce? With no Keenan, thinking gates might be a better option.

gates or kelce tough call

id actually go with kelce.......floor is slightly lower, but gates has had his fair share of 2-30 lines this year....I think kelce Is a better bet to see 5+ targets in a offense that revolves around him and Jamaal chaarles.

just my opinin but I'd go kelce in this matchup......much younger and at this point in careers a better athlete

Thanks for chiming in. I haven't gotten my choice between the 2 right this season very often. I wish you the best in your final decision.

you guys helped bail me out last week

made it to Finals for big league

I believe with transaction fees and buy-ins total it will be big purse.

probably 1st- $3500-4000 and 2nd $1500 range

so would love to really get solid advice...

1st. DEFENSE..........do I play BALT or MIAMI or NE. I like all 3.......

BALT VS HOUSTON........ gotta think Baltimore will sack thad lewis a shit ton....or case keenum....

MIAMI VS MINNY.......... I think Miami dominates this game and I like bridgewater, but still a rookie vs a dominant defense

NEW ENGLAND VS NJY........this is where I am leaning towards right now....gotta think they want home field and the #1seed.....they will be flying around Geno smith

which team will score a DEF TD?

Miami at home I love after a brutal few game stretch......they are licking their chops to play a rookie after seeing MANNING/BRADY/RODGERS/RIVERS this year...

2. TE

TRAVIS KELCE VS PITT........pitt getting shredded by Tight ends and looks like kelce/smith finaly have chemistry for consistent lengths of time.......kelce a freak athlete

GREG OLSEN VS CLEV.......browns much better against the pass (TE), but they are surely a team that is on the downslide, and regardless of opponent, olsen is the consistent #1 targeted guy along with Benjamin....

having hard time deciding with both. listened to select words of wisdom last week and advanced so what anything think?

as it turned out..

Sorry to hijacks your thread but I could use some advice on my own Fantasy team as the season is wrapping up.

I need to make a decision on my final spot for a RB (Lacey has the first one).

Available players are:
Giovani bernard playing in Denver
Toby Gerhart playing Tennesee
Andre Williams playing STL

Im leaning towards Bernard only because Cincy needs to win while the other 2 RBs teams are eliminated.

thru Sunday..

the results

nice work addict--congrats man!

thanks fellas.

it is 10 team with $500 buyin

transactions fees....$5 a move and these guys are crazy compared to me....adding like 100 guys one person did with $500 more owed now

trades have to be voted by league....I think needs 7 of 10 and not just majority but no trades ever were close.......either all 10 voted ya or like all but 1 of 2 voted no.....fun times though.

it is a lot of guys from my brothers work combined with some of our friends and family and family friends........enough guys they have 2 separate leagues of 10... lots of big time guys.....I am way out of my league as far as $$$$$ but this year it worked out for at least 2nd....

they are talking next year of making it one joint league.....2 divisions with 10 each side.....4 from each side make playoffs....winner of each division playoff play in superbowl.....its insane to think about it....

NO PPR.....No keeper.........fun times

I would like to do a Madjack league again.....finished 2nd in baseball 2 years ago

did football one year before as well

50 or 100 buy in.....would be fun again.
