According to MyFoxCleveland.com, Steelers RB Najeh Davenport has been charged with three counts stemming from from an dispute earlier this month with the mother of his five-year-old child. Cleveland Police Lt. Thomas Stacho said Thursday that Davenport has been charged with domestic violence, endangering children and unlawful restraint. Davenport is not currently in custody and will be given a chance to surrender to police on the charges.
