Glad to see you off the Neb game, I have a definite play the other way on K St.
Love the LSU play and for a strong play. I am staying away from the Hou play as Army is a hard team to read at home esp since they are soo bad it's hard to guage when they will jump up and play over their head. Just a feeling it might be this week.
I am going with Miami tonight, one becasue I hate Marshall and want them to get it handed to them and if not this year at home for Miami then when:shrug: also I think the Redskins yes I said Redskins (the nickname for 100 yrs before the PC crowd took over America) will be ready to take out 3 years of frustration on the herd tonight. Redskins Roll

Ok Ny Reb ...here you go ...update on bets so far LSU-6 ...LSU-6 1/2 ...Houston-10 1/2 ...TCU-6 1/2 ...Rutgers+8 ..Maryland-6 all these for 2 units each ...comment on Maryland game ...Va a passing team with only one threat at running the ball ...weather at the game calls for 35-40 mi gusting winds all during game time ...be HARD to pass ...Maryland shuts down the one runner so Va a possible shut out or a couple of field goals ...Maryland has 3 good ball carriers ...runs in down their throat ...controls the clock ...slows the game down ...my cap sees a easy win ..PLUS A GOOD SHOT AT THE UNDER 45 1/2 ...LIKE it down to 44 ...on BBALL cap Wake For-3 to win by 6-7 on tonights game ...good luck to you my friend ...Augur

be careful...2 of md`s top 3 backs are out and they may be using a freshman they were going to redshirt(lance ball)....i understand he may be pretty good,though...it will be his first action of the season...
virginia has alvin pearman and walli lundy....although,in truth,they really aren`t the type to carry the club...but they do catch the ball well out of the backfield....
on the whole,i think you could say that maryland has the better overall defense....

i see that you are leaning to indiana. i think i'm the only one on penn state for this week. a little fyi for this game.penn state is 10-2 ats in their last 12 home finales. also indiana has never won a road game under their coach dinardo & have covered only 3 of their last 29 su losses.

augur...........great name. predicts. divine. divine intervention more like. welcome. I am rather new to this, like this year first but I'm having a good time.....so far. Ok....you.....junior as in senior junior. Me.............junior...and my dad never called me that. Ok........the deal. I have a question I hope your years of experience can answer. My cap method is very "junior" as it were, yet I do have certain criteria to establish which way to play. Ok.......Rutgers.............. I love BC as I saw they have beaten Rutgers by massive scores over the past few years(obviously one of my simpleton criteria!!). I know they are changing QB's but he played against WV last week and did well despite losing by 7. And BC seems ok. What is your cap on the game?

To daftplayer ...nice to meet you junior ...first a word bout me ..am damn poor at write-ups and worse typer ..never typed before i got my webtv unit ..first 5 weeks only hit a tad over 52% of my picks ...last 5 weeks a tad over 60% have won ..not shabby BUT still means ALL my picks are not winners...NO CAPPER picks all winnners ...so feel that when i cap a game ...am only seeking the RIGHT side of the line ..not picking a winner ...just a chance to be a winner ...no one has a winner OR a loser till the game is played regardless of his pick ...feel opinions backed by a bet is what i am posting here ...now as to Rutgers a tough gritty team that hangs in there and does not quit ...even when way behind as in the Pitt game ...my kind of team to put my money on win or lose it ...down bout 30 points against a very good team and fought back to cover ...BC is not as good as Pitt this year and Pitt only could beat them by 10 points 42-32 and Rutgers put 22 points on the board against Va Tech a very good defensive team ...Last week Rutgers lost a tough game to UConn 38-31..in a away game ..now at home ..WITH points ...will lose the game... maybe... but covers with the points...i see a game with BC up early ..Rutgers fights back with enough to cover or win ...BC is good on stopping the running game ...Not so good defending against the pass ...BC has allowed 230.6 ypg thru the air ...Rutgers is a passing team and thats BC's main weakness ...as to BC.s game nice balanced attack ..BUT very inconsistant and error prone ...go look at their stats ..threw 4 interceptions in their last game alone ...WArned you not to good at write-ups LOL..but really trying to get you to go dig up your own info ...and YOU to decide who is the better pick ...hope this kind of points you to what to look for in forming an opinion ...because thats what a pick really is any way ..just an informed opinion ...gl ...Augur
