i'm leaning the other way. fiu jr guard carlos morban is suspended and didn't make the arkansas roadtrip. tough loss for a team that only had eight scholarship players before the suspension. morban not only accounts for 12.5 ppg on a team that has a hard time busting sixty, he also leads the sunbelt in steals and handles the ball. without him, fiu turned the ball over 28 times in saturday's twenty point loss at arkansas little rock. with all that going on, panthers face the short turnaround on the road - i see another 20+ point loss. ark st coach nutt shaking up the lineup tonight after raod loss at a better- than-usual texas pan-am. coach put out the wakeup call with seedings in the conference tournament up for grabs in the next couple of weeks. fiu is out of the tourney under the new format this year, not much motivation to suck it up in a difficult spot for the panthers.

thanks for the info loophole.

question: why the hell is arkansas state only 5-5 in conference? it seems like theyve got some really studs on that team and they started off the season on fire. what the hell has gone wrong? theyre still having a decent season but was i wrong to expect them to challenge for the sun belt title?
