One game that stands out to me on the slate tomorrow. Can't figure out is

LA dodgers at only -140
Joe Roa for Phillies making only his 2nd start in years.

In his first outing he GOT LIT UP.

Ishii on the other hand seems to be heating up again recently with some effective pitching.

And with LA coming off a tough loss Friday

Dodgers seem like a gift at -140

Fletcher, Nick D, Raymond Opinions wanted?

looks like both pitchers had a bad outing last start

Ishii gave up 8 runs off 5 hits in 2.2 innings
Roa gave up 6 runs and 6 hits in 4 innings

Era last 3 starts
Ishii 7.80
Roa 4.35

I may play the over on this one..

the only problem with the over three things one phila does not hit lefties
very well , and the la hit lefties better than righties, plus its going to be very hot in phila like 100 + degree:nono:

Hey guys, Things that make you go Hmmmmmm.... In the Philly Dodgers series, the home team I believe is something like 11 - 0, or 12 - 0 something like that.... I just know it's pretty dominant! You may want to check this interesting stat... :D History does repeat it self sometimes...;)

I saw Ishii pitch his last start, and he certainly was not effective. He was behind on every count, and he wasn't strong enough to pitch out of it. The Reds lit him up. I like this one to go over, good hp ump for that too.

I think Roa is going to get LIT UP again, pure and simple reason for the play

Odd situation for Iishi. Faced the Reds last time, a team that normally does not hit lefties, and got rocked. Now he faces another team that struggles against lefties. Roa is a much better pitcher than he showed last time out. Since the Dodgers can't score runs I'd lean to Philly but I am passing because they don't hit lefties. GL today.

Oh yeah

And great call on Atlanta last night, that was a nice and easy hit!

I kind of like them again today, Morris struggled a little last time out.

"Roa is a much better pitcher than he showed last time out."

Nick- What makes you think Roa is a 'much better pitcher' than what he showed in his last start? The guy is a career minor leaguer who hasn't been able to stick in the majors. He throws in the low 80's max, doesn't have good 'stuff' in any sense of the word, and once hitters adjust to his lack of velocity in the second or third time through the order, he is toast.
