And the 'football' we play here is AFL (Aussie Rules) and it is THE best game in the world!!
(Agree totally that Soccer and rugby are both crap!)

Yeah, sorry about the dickheadedness!....I seem to be the most argumentative guy on Earth atm!***...Def don't take it personally, I just don't drop the bone as quick as I should some times! :142lmao:

Its all good.....I wouldnt mind arguing a point you just made

"the best game in the world?" :bs:

haha, its right up there with the WNBA and curling!

dude, i have news for you, AFL is the stolen version of RUGBY!

"No way mate !!! that's a gay-ass pommie sport" "you're right there mate, let's change it a bit and call it our own" "good idea mate".....LOL.....

AFL is a bunch of skinny men in vests and a stupid shaped pitch with too many goal posts. the object of the game is to try and throw an egg around while drunk on fosters without throwing up.

"Bladdy hill miyte, wots this "Ragby" oy keep hearing abaaat?"

Hate to break it to you, but

i) NFL is MUCH more closely related to rugby than AFL. (AFL is actually a derivative of the Irish 'Gaelic Football'.)
ii) Throwing is actually illegal.
iii) Fosters is possibly the worst beer on Earth.
iv) Despite how many Simpson episodes you've seen....ah, never mind.

Hey, I like NFL as much as the next guy, but when you've got 18 guys on a field with no pads, no such thing as a fair catch, you can quite fairly hit people without the ball, and you can legally (in fact encouraged to!) jump on people's backs and shoulder to 'mark' (catch) the ball (none of this pussy-arsed interference calls!), then I know where I'm at.
Skinny blokes??...Not sure how many 90-100 kilo blokes you know that run between 10-15 kilometres in a 2 hour game...
[Thats 210-220 pounds running 6-7 miles for you guys!...I assume you still keep the same hour time-frame ;)]...with constant body contact.

Not that it matters....works out beautifully for me...one ends, the other starts....entertainment the whole year 'round. (oh, and some extra change too ;))

Anyway, this is the NFL forum, not Off The Wall.....and has nothing to do with how many yards GB will or won't rush for tomorrow! :142lmao:

arrow, the raiders rushing attack is a non factor in almost every game. we haven't had a rushing attack since jonnie boy switched gears around 2000-2001 - i think. look me up if you don't mind about raider football. i feel i know this team as well. i actually thought if the raiders would have beaten tx we would have received a more favorable line yesterday.

i loved indy yesterday, but cut into my profits by buying the line to -7. anyway, gl the rest of the way. it really hurts to see collins throwing all those picks.

no problem i was trying to figure out if you thought we were the same person or what, had to go back i thought maybe i was losing my mind, did not remember saying anything about raiders, but i will say k.collins can't cut it at qb anymore IMO, he throws off back foot , drops elbow when throwing making ball go high like a baseball pitcher pushing the ball, then trys to adjust and gets it to far back in hand and throws a worm burner again same as a pitcher who has ball deep in hand and not on the finger tips.

i like az running the ball in raiders backfield, but they are in major trouble at qb, even if deff. can plug some holes they will still be hurting at qb. they are finding out that the old once good or great players are not the way to go, might be nice to see the once big names but to me it ends up costing more then they are worth, like pittsbugh does in baseball , every year for last 10 year get a over the hill over paid big name just to have a name then they don't do shit, and then they let the good ones young players go. only one who has worked out was r.sanders last year.

old players with big names can't do the job like maybe 7-10 years ago, the new nfl player is faster , stronger and is the way to go when trying to rebuild and win, yes need vets but not over paid names of the past.
