Hey Fletcher just wanted to know if u can give me a brief description of how u manage ur bets/money on the bases. I noticed for example ALLNET had a double play on TB for 2k however he risked 2250 on a reg play to win 1500 and lost more on the reg play. That just doesnt make sense to me and just wanted a brief insight on how u control ur money management.
Thanks alot.

Allnet does pretty good,i keep most of my games flat donot lay the juice, but there are times where i have strong play and the line is up there 150-160 and i will lay the jucie,it all depends on what you are looking at,what works for some doenot work for others but by flat betting the big games i play at times doesnot effect me in a lose like it would if i laid the big nuber.

just because i play a fav a lot doesnot mean it has anything to do with the line i don't even look at line intill i have my work up and bet ready to go if i did i would scue my thining its what all works for you and what your comfort zone is.

sometimes games just don't win that you like if it was that easy we would all be fishing and golfing everyday. but i step out every so often but the set up has to be what i am looking for and when i do its a tense day,but that is the nature of the beast hope this helps.

i would back allnet anyday. he has a system and so does gsp and others that works more then not and when you play a system like we do you have to take the good with the bad if it is proven. now if its starts to lose over a extended time its time to see where system is breaking down. but that wasnot the case for him.

like i said its all about comfort zone.

Fletch-man said it best,"confort zone" bet what you can afford to part with. Don`t depend on what you "think" you`ll win. Bet to 'win" but be able to "lose";) ;) GL

Fletcher, I'd just like to say, I am admire the fact that you can make a good living betting on sports. I find it really hard to make it all payoff. It almost sometimes feels hopeless. I'm curious to know as to how you manage your money and what handicapping tools you use.

I wasnt knockin Allnet at all i was just using that as an ie. So do u mean by flat bettin, if u got ur plays and say they were -210, -155 and +160 and ur unit bet was 100 then u would place 100 on each bet unless say u felt really strong on a fav that u would lay the juice to. I understand the comfort zone and done alright on bases the past 3-4 years but ive always laid the juice to win the unit and was just wondering if there was a more plausible way to manage money on the bases.
Ive followed ur picks for the past couple years(was a lurker for a while) and just wanted some insight from someone that i know they know what they re doing.
Again thanks for ur help and gl.

i know you were not knoking him,i make plays anywher from.5 units up to 1.5 units sometimes higer just depends but 3 units is about my limit. if its -180 and i play a unit i will play my unit to bring back what ever,it has to be a strong play for me to lay juice also have a few other way i do things but to much to go into and its something i like to keep to myself and for other reasons. but i very my units all the time, hard to explain everything i do and why but it works for me and there is always a reason why i do something some way. just some can't grasp or refuse to see that it can be done and done very well but have to know what your looking at and why.

good luck

Yep, I was scratching my:moon: on that one. I bet units, 1 unit =100, 2 units to win whatever. or if a dog, same thing, 2 units to win whatever it brings. Sometimes more units. I was thinking , maybe I have lost it, cuz I didn't remember doing that recently. What a relief, I may lose some money, but haven't lost my memory, yet.
