Floating Green

It maybe impossible - but - i have a pond and want to put a golf hole on the floating dock that is in the middle of the pond and hit golf shots at it - What would i need in order to keep the balls from bouncing off the wooden dock -

This might solve your prob tiger --played golf at place I can't recall just now--but their driving range was in lake with yardage bouy's in lake. The balls they used floated and they retrieved them when wind blew them to shore.
