Hell yeah - how about that Tim Tebow Scott! What a game...I'm glad those points didn't come into play - but man for awhile in the 4th your -2.5 was looking like a great buy - glad Florida prevailed - congrats on the nice win - too bad the season is over - already can't wait for next season!!! Great job!

this buying down points concept is part of my belief in reducing risk.
there were 3 or 4 times during the game that suggested to me the 2.5 could make this a winning play.
Glad it finally was not a worry .

yeh I enjoyed this season more than most.
I had a pretty good read on Georgia Bulldog games and won some good wagers on their games.
Tell you what , I have never seen Tebow get that flustered in a first half of a game as what the Sooners did to him. They put him down and rattled him. Two interceptions all year and then two in first half.
Thanks to God that he came back like I knew he would in the second half. Anyone that says he is not a NFL QB potential is not right in my book.

What a game to watch. As expected Tebow and the Florida team were just too much in the end for the Sooners to handle. Rainy going down, Murphy hurt, Harvin hurting :scared
Got to hand it to Oklahoma. Their defense in the first half of that game was next to incredible. Anyone knocking the Big 12 as not camparing to the SEC is full of ka ka. They are worthy.
I have not seen Tebow go through what he went through in the first half of play in a long time.
They stopped his running. They stopped his passing attack. They pressured him and put him on his ass.
The next high compliment for Oklahoma is how they handled special teams on punt returns and kick offs. Wow just wow.
But in the end no matter what they did , the Sooners could not overcome the will of President Tebow and his merry men. Just a solid effort.
I wanted to shoot that Tierman guy for jumping offsides 5 times or whatever. Hard to believe that non focus. And the unsportsmanlike conduct on the freshman late in the game was unexcusable.
Buying the points could have easily come into play in this game. Game could have ended in a 3 point win in so many ways.
Well one big thing that came out of the 2008 college season is that Sun Tsu handed over the Madjacks Big 12 Expert title to me which I have accepted in all its glory for what thats worth.
Now on to the NFL playoffs
