TOday i officially joned the ranks of the ripped off.
dollar amount $264.72, taken from me by Paypal from my account w/o any notice whatsoever. A 325.00 transaction has not cost me 600.00 plus. The buyer received his product, tracking number supplied, he even signed for it, but denies the whole thing. (I receives his signature confirmation, funny how he denies it)
Well i mean its only 264.72 but its the principal of the matter. What should I do. I am sure there are a few of you that fall into my boat. Thanks

happened to me few weeks ago. Dude, just take off your account number, your CC numbers...and fawk paypal...

Paypal screwed me in the past as well. Someone owed me money & paid me. I spent the money in my account & then the ****er cried fraud activity on his account & I was charged the entire amount of money he sent me. I hate paypal.

gravy, if it is investigated and you have proof he signed for it, then you will probably win the investigation. They do take the money first, but it's possible you'll get it back. GL!

Not particualrly paypal - but I had someone screw me on a product for ebay - I did a search and found the internet fraud division for the area they lived in and they actually sent a sheriff to their house to question them - didn't get my money back but didn't have any paper trail - so its worth a try - file a report with the internet fraud division for their state.
