there is a restaurant we go to and it has this pasta salad out.

really like it and would like to make it at home.

Is it appropriated to ask them what spices and herbs are put into it ?

Or no way they tell yu /

OK I got the Old Bay

I just tested it in my hand

thats spicy

so from what i see you load this stuff up in chicken


Does this old bay add a real spicy flavor ?

Do you have to go easy on it ?

Will it blend into the food enought so I am not asking

Scott: It is not spicy, or at least I have never thought of it like that. There may be some ingredients in the spice mix that got your attention when you tasted the concentrated spice on your hand. Like any other spice mix, you need to use it somewhat sparingly, but you can be generous with it.

Not really a fan of pasta salad but I did have one in Jamaica that was killer. I think the feta ratio to the other ingredients was about 50/50.

This may have been the first time i've seen it made with feta too?
