Tom Donilon a former Obama security advisor echoed the same sentiments. The Russian hacking went on throughout his presidency.
2. Abdicated leadership on Syria to Russia.
Secretary of State Kerry boasted they got all of Assad?s chemical weapons. That was false. Assad kept using them on his own people. 2015 Obama drew his red line but gave Russia the authority to remove the weapons. 1500 people died because of Obama striking this deal w Russia
3.Cancelled US Missile Defense in Europe
Polish and Czech governments pushed for the defense plan but Mr. Appeaser was played by Russia. Plan was scrapped.
4.Allowed Russia to sell S-300 Air Defenses to Iran
These defenses were set up around Iran?s Nuclear facility at Fordow which would protect it from Israel or US bombing the facility. No sanctions were imposed on Russia even though this was a violation.

In 1987 Reagan and Gorbachev negotiated the Intermediate -Range Nuclear Forces Treaty. It abolished an entire class of missiles. In 2014 Obama administration admitted Russia had been violating the treaty since 2008. Obama later negotiated the New Start Treaty rushing it through the Senate w/o disclosing Russia was cheating on INF.
Obama would not send arms to Ukraine. Trump did.
No wonder Putin knows he can walk all over Biden. Russia did the same under Obama.
